How website enquiries are handled.
This notice explains the information handled when you use uredy.ai or submit a workforce enquiry. It describes the website’s current enquiry flow and does not replace any separate privacy terms that may apply to a future client engagement.
Information we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, work email, primary need and any workforce context you choose to provide. A hidden anti-spam field is also used to reduce automated submissions. Website infrastructure providers may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
Enquiry information is used to review your request, respond to you and manage the resulting business conversation. Please do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive personal information in the free-text field.
Service providers
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Enquiry fields are relayed from the same-origin contact endpoint to Google Apps Script and delivered to the uRedy team by email. Those providers process the information as part of providing hosting, security and email-delivery services.
Retention
Enquiry messages may remain in business email and related records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the discussion, maintain appropriate records or meet applicable obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be removed in line with those purposes.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. You may also ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with your enquiry, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate record-keeping or legal reasons.
